    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks, I have the new white router &amp;amp; a puk, I've stopped sky tv due to us having work carried out on the house.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've never had issues with the old router, maybe this is what it is, but it's definitely not giving us the speed &amp;amp; covin the house we had before&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;WiFi keeps dropping, won't connect to devices around the home that would previously connect no problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;this has only happened since we renewed our contract &amp;amp; replaced the router&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3045627"&gt;@Emmaparker28&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you have bought Sky's WiFi Max bundle and have the new white hub then there can be issues. If that applies and you have Sky Q boxes these no longer work as wifi hot spots instead you nedd to talk to Sky to get one or more pod extenders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
