      <description>&lt;P&gt;Engineer availability from Openreach if you have been given a new date from Sky could well be the reason.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Particularly for new FTTP installations, delay is unfortunately not unusual.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.&lt;/P&gt;
