I queried a rise in charges in November 2024. Liaised with lovely lady to retain my custom. Reduced package from £43 to £29 a month. Still no installation as delays by engineers and unable to install fibre something! Also took day off work for a no show engineer. Still being billed £43 for last 3 months! Help!! Should I cancel?

@Boredwaiting25 you need to check with Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
