    <description>&lt;P&gt;Well the phone doesn't work in the Sky Max hub, nor does the new phone I bought.. I use to have the older black router before, and the phone worked fine in that hub&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.. I changed to the new white sky max hub.. From day 1 the house phone now doesn't work.. Tried ndw phone but still not working, plus wifi range is rubbish.. Received a pod, but that won't talk to the router.. After over 1 month of phone calls to sky, I'm told there is a on boarding issue with these hubs going back to Feb/March 2024.. Anyone else with these issues, particularly the no house phone connection working&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However the fact that the extender pod will not work either implies there is an issue with your account which requires action from Sky's end.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The phone socket on the hub should work with any standard UK land line phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My landline has stopped working too. Used it about 8am and it worked fine. Now saying Out of Range. I've unplugged it and plugged back in several times, but it's not fixing the issue. Can Sky help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
