Openreach modem missing power cable

I received my sky hub but when i went to connect it to my ONT i realised there is a missing power cable, cant seem to get in touch with sky to fix this issue, can i just order one online and use that?

@aw98 You cannot buy the power supply and cable for an Openreach ONT it has to come from Openreach soyou need to speak to Sky. To help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
