topic WiFi lost in Broadband

Hi I've lost WiFi on sky router . None of my devices can see WiFi network. Ethernet is ok.

After being off for a while the sky q box now works but in settings it shows a new network called aardvark. Have I been hacked ? Or is this a back up from sky. I've used the WPS button and can now connect my laptop to this aardvark network. Any help appreciated
