      <description>&lt;P&gt;When streaming we offten get buffering or it says no internet connection you said it was the hub and send a new one.we have installed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it and has made no difference this broadband speed has been a problem for years it varies from nothing to 7.8 msg&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have sent out open reach several times over the years .we are not happy with the connection .Are we now able to have full fibre&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to the house as bt &amp;nbsp;open reach have installed it in our village last year.I DONT UNDERSTAND why we are having consistently a problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when the house next door is getting 250mgs speeds withTRUE SPEED&lt;/P&gt;</description>
