      <description>When connected to the WiFi youtube is very slow and lagging but when using data it's ok. Anyone know how to fix this issue? I've run all tests and shows no issues with sky broadband.</description>

I would dletecand re-add the You Tube app as it is possible thst mightbhelp. Also check the settings of Sky Briadband Shield in the My Sky app as if set to a low age setting it will block You Tube completely.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same issue, none of my devices will play media when connected by WiFi. But if choose data on phone they'll play. Also none of the red button games will play on my sky q box. Can browse Internet fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would suggest you and others affected report this to Sky after confirming it isnt an issue with Broadband Shield which you can test by temporarily turning the shield off in the My Sky app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
