&lt;P&gt;That's certainly a poor Hub speed for FTTP: the minimum is supposed to be 100Mbs.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately Sky won't entertain a claim against the Speed Guarantee for the first 14 days, despite the 'training period' only applying to FTTC.&lt;/P&gt;

Also 2 bed Bungalow and signal from Router barely reaches the bedrooms 8 meters away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New Hub, New Line, any ideas? Or am I going to be paying for something I am not getting? Our old Broadband and HUB was always the same speed never dropped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
