      <title>WiFi not working on apps</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;WiFi works on everything except from sky go and YouTube&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this has been tested by 2 phones and 2 PlayStations and the same problem throughout but they work fine on mobile data&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any reason why this would happen? No Sheilds are on WiFi and have not had this problem in nearly 5 years&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have come back each time saying there is no fault&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are persisting in getting people to turn router off on replacing them and so on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are in denial about the type of problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
