    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi , I've done all the checkers in the app and it's saying all are good . My computer is hard wired into router and it saying no internet . The four puks I have for the television aren't connecting and the phones are saying " no internet connection . The Home Screen comes up on tv with writing but no pictures and if try to select a channel it says there is a technical issue and try again. I've turned router off and on loads and tried to reset it a few but nothing working. What's more important I need the internet as I work from home tomorrow &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In app saying internet last checked near 4 hours ago . Think it's down . Great how the app has no option to speak to someone . The Bot just has you going round in circles same questions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
