      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I switch my provider for Broadband, leaving sky as now I have a Credit for Cancellation of Sky Broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not going to use Sky anymore so I can't use the credit in my next bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm asking for a refund in my bank account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I claim it, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't find anywhere who to contact.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
