&lt;P&gt;If that is happening and the cable from the hub to the line is not damaged run the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection as that will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line or if it picks up,a fault. If it doesn't then call Sky tonreport the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
