@PatrickGoad move the booster closer to the hub as it needs a decent connection to work. Ideally it should be halfway between the hub and where you need the boost.

However the boister dies need to be matched to the hub and the older Sky boosters will not connectvtomthe new white hubs.

@PatrickGoad assuming you have not changed your hub try the booster in thecsamecroom as the hub if it won't connect there then the booster is likely faulty and needs replacing which Sky will do if they gave you the booster. However not all Sky boosters work with every Sky hub. The new white hubs require a different booster
