Hi, broadband seems to be down again in Keighley. Went down this morning and came back about 10ish. I now have red light on max hub again after it was working most of the day. No way to report it online. Anyone else with same issue as system claims nothing down external

Internet down but check says all OK

Internet and voice calls has been down since around 23:30 on 15/01/24. I have tested the connection with a backup router (different cables) and there is no change.

However, the Servicechecker states that everything is OK. This is not the case. The Servicechecker says my hub is reachable at all times, even when it is disconnected and powered off.

At least now we now know that there isn't an issue with our kit and that the problem is with the connection (in the Wakefield area). The sky.com/servicestatus test is a bit of a joke at the moment. It flags everything as OK, even when my hub is powered off.

I'm in wakefield, finally managed to get it to recognise a fault and an engineer is booked, its not in my property, its somewhere between them and me, I'm presuming it will be the same fault that's affecting us all.
