You need to call Sky and report the fault so Openreach can check what is wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The power cable box on the wall says its faulty on the lights on my sky router works but that doesnt it prouduce internet i cant connect at all to the internet on my tv . I can connect to wifi on my phone just not to the tv&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unless the 'fault' light is lower right rather than top left: then it's a charge status indicator on the battery backup unit for an older ONT model, and not directly related to broadband.&lt;/P&gt;
