Problems with Internet

I cannot connect to the internet. Off the three green lights, the middle one is orange. I cannot connect my phone, TV or Television. Yet when I run the service checker with Sky, you show all green ticks for everything, even wifi

I've just checked the Sky service area checker page and it seems lots of areas will be down from midnight to 6am. Not sure if any of your areas are affected however, it does say it's for fibre work so might be good in the long run if you're looking to get fibre. Shame they couldn't send a text to let everyone know though.

Mine is down too. Had a deadline to complete this morning I received no notification from Sky !!! Simply I missed the deadline and all the paperwork related to it

I'm having the same issues in Lancashire, sky max hub just showing flashing green. Glad I'm not the only one but still sucks

I saw that list was for Aberdeen, I'm based in Lancashire. Their communication is not exactly brilliant, not sure why I changed from virgin as they would give you plenty of notice of any downtime

I've had to just hotspot my phone, not ideal but better than not getting any work done!

If it's happening at the time you've all posted it's possibly maintenance related. This is done overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. If it's not back up by the time the phone lines reopen call Sky to report it.
