&lt;P&gt;That would suggest a fundamental issue with a rather poor FTTC circuit: unfortunately there's probably little that can be done in advance of FTTP becoming available.&amp;nbsp; If the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed cannot actually be delivered then Sky would probably offer to release you from the contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;for the second time in one week my broadband speed has dropped from 30 mps max to 22&amp;nbsp; i contacted sky re this ongoing problem but keeps happening, my max speed is only 30 so any drop is not good. its about time you looked at this problem your tech have been here many times and found nothing so please sky sort out your broadband .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
