&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure if early termination charges would apply if they have not be billing you which they shouldn't be seeing as it had never been activated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Broadband still not active</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So my broadband was supposed to go live in Nov, I'm still waiting!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I requested on live chat to cancel the service as they had broke the contract by not providing the service I signed up to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told I can't do it over live chat, started a live chat today to be told it's been cancelled so I've asked for something in writing to say I won't get any early termination charges when the fault is with them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice will be appreciated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
