&lt;P&gt;As you have run the service checker try running this broadband line test:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>WiFi not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My WiFi isn't working. I was watching tv and it just randomly completely cut out. I've switched it off at the wall for 30 seconds and back on. I've turned all devices off and reconnected. Not working. Network test in my area says it's ok but clearly it's not as it isn't working&lt;/P&gt;</description>
