topic PON light flashing in Broadband

PON light flashing

PON light on ONT has suddenly started flashing - tried a power cycle and checked cables all seem OK.

Can Sky / open reach see the issue or do I need to call up (or just wait for it to resolve)

Same problem in Paignton area.

@Billy921 @Kpps I would go through the Sky app and check the broadband status. This should allow you to raise the issue and Sky can alert Openreach and possibly book an engineer appointment if needed. I've had one issue in the past with the ONT and it was an external network fault.
