      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting sick of having outage in my WiFi everyday ... BT came and put a "box" on my phone line when I told them the problem is outside , never listened and the "box" hasn't helped. They don't check outside as every time there's wind /rain even this cold weather it causes outage every 5 minutes .. hmm maybe exaggerating there but it feels like it. I got a new router so it's nothing to do with that , I use data from my phone to watch programmes on laptop or iPad .. I feel like am in the dark ages .. exaggerating again ha .. I'm at my wits end , has anyone else experienced this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
