&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there isn't try running the line test here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been the same here in WD23 area. Alexa keeps going off, WhatsApp stops connecting (poor 4/5g signal)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then back on again? Run tests and it says no issues&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. I read that the modem needs to be clear and incidentally there were a few bottles of alcoholic gifts been put in front of the modem. We've moved them now, fingers crossed that works&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
