These lines old service should not be disabled until the new service is up and running but mistakes do happen. You can call Sky and ask if they know what has hapoened but I suspect they wont have been told either.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to &amp;nbsp;say but if Openreach have made a mistake youbwont have a connection this weekend as getting a setvice reconnected is effectively impossible. There is an outside chance its an issue with the cabinet thst can be fixed but that is less likely unfortunstely.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Internet light off</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Woke up this morning to find Internet light is off. The power and WiFi lights are green, voice light is orange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried restarting and switching off at the mains. I've tried testing connection via the app but still not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My broadband is being upgraded on 14/01/25 to full fibre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
