The recent bad winter wetather does cause issues especially with services delivered over &amp;nbsp;copper lines. These lines can be decades old and do develop faults which means water and ice can cause the connection to drop.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The problem is Openreach, whose network Sky use, are reluctant to send out engineers until the number of line drops is around 10 a day or the automatic line management systems cannot stabilise the line without dropping speeds below the guaranteed minimum. Basically you can report the ussue to Sky butvthey msy not be able to get it fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
