    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Dan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not a problem with hub a problem is with openreach line from the pole to my house which was knocked over.&amp;nbsp; Now they have repaired the pole&amp;nbsp; and services no actual line from post to my house been trying for nearly 7 weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Absolutely shocking&amp;nbsp; .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No help, absolute appaulling customer service, lack of communication , total fabrication of repair dates. Then get a text message telling me all repairs done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When they are not. Been a customer for 20 years maybe not for much longer I feel. Sick of lies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Remember Sky can only update you on information provided by Openreach, something that Openreach are not very good at.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
