My stupid... there are ethenet ports, I just somehow managed to not see them in my annoyance (and cold as our heating system seems to stop working when the WiFi drops)

Bit even a cable connection is not bringing it online

It's present in my sky, but just says offline. The light pulses white, but no connection

After having fibre installed about as far away from the core of the house as possible - I upgraded to Max in the hope that something outside of that room could pick up the wifi. Nope

So after many calls over 3 months I finally get a pod to extend the signal.

Will it connect to the hub? Big fat no.

Manually entering the serial number just gives an error. There is no ethernet socket on it to try a physical connection.

Any suggestions?

@DracoStandard the pods I havecseen have two ethernet ports so did you get the pod from Sky? If so it has not been added to the hub correctly and you need to call them to get thst done. Although Sky pods look like similar uniis from Plume and Virgin they need to need to be running Sky's firmware.
