    <description>&lt;P&gt;Everywhere says no problems but I have no WiFi, eventually the sky app agreed and said it's an outside problem and to book an engineer. I've done that... could take up to 2 days to resolve.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Fixing a fault with 2&amp;nbsp; working days is the service level agreement between isp's and openreach.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it takes longer&amp;nbsp; than the 2 days then you can claim autmatic compensation for total loss of service as below&lt;/P&gt;
