I have just got my new Sky BB router up and running today and I am experiencing the same issue. The Samsung doesn't see the network, though my phone and iPad do in the same space. I have tried to connect up a WiFi disc from my old BT system, but it won't hold the signal, so I am wondering how to boost the signal from the router as the TV is a few rooms away from the router?

From what I've read it's to do with the new hubs wifi security you need to down grate it through the app, but my new hub is not appearing on the app, iam going to try again in the morning, if I find a way to sort it I will reply again and let u know, they say newer is better, I disagree
