No Idea when OpenReach are coming

So originally was supposed to be connected on the 19th December, an Engineer came out then but informed me that he cannot connect me and that it requires civil engineering works to complete the job. I was given a date over a phone call of the 6th January but never had any sms or day before phone call etc.

On the 6th they did turn up, did half the job and then dissapeared without telling me they was coming back tomorrow and checking I was home, luckily I was WFH on the 6th and 7th so I was there. they eventually finished on the 7th but then told me it needed ANOTHER engineer to connect the cable they laid to the box on the wall outside, they just said "someone will be in touch" but have heard nothing at all and getting increasingly frustrated with the service, i'm a new customer but starting to regret it.

Is there any way I can contact Openreach myself? can find nothing online at all and anything i do find just says contact your provider (Sky) and Sky have told me they can't really see their system..

What do I do?

Unfortunately Openreach is not a public-facing organisation: their contract is with the ISPs.

However the ISP view into Openreach is restricted, largely to prevent BT Broadband gaining a competitive advantage from BT Group owning Openreach PLC.

so how can I find out when I will actually have my broadband connected? it's madness to just "wait and see" ?
