    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to resolve this issue by contacting Sky directly, but I can't get past the automatic voice which s doesn't understand the issue. I have tried several time since but&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;the My Sky app still doesn't give me my present broadband speed nor my speed s for the last 30 days&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does anyone have any thoughts? &amp;nbsp;For example, how to get to speak to a real person at Sky&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
