I'm in Derbyshire, it seems to have only lasted for around 20mins or so. The box is now showing the white light and connection is back up and running.

Service checker says "There's an outage in your area. We're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner."

Can it really take Sky 'a couple of days' to resolve this? I work from home so can't be without broadband for this long. Can't find anything online about outages in my area either.

Signal continues to be poor - goes for a while working ok then cuts out every 30 seconds for a bit. Seems to be worse in the evenings but not just at peak time. Currently cutting out so much that I can't even load the Sky website to do a signal test!
