This isn't helpful since I work from home and it is vital that I have WIFI which im

currently paying you for.

I have had nothing but issues since I have joined Sky so I'm wondering if I have chosen the right provider.

I was also offered a free movie on Sky VIP but I can't access that benefit so guess that was also a lie.

Thanks

Jo
