I don't now why internet box it is .. it the white sky internet WiFi box and the internet is **bleep** and keeps dropping .

Okay so your on Sky WiFi Max if your box is white.

Do any lights change on it or is the WiFi signal just poor?

To be honest I don't now my internet is running low I've restarted and turned it off for five mins and nothing improved I've got a engineer coming out anyway
