    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done both wifi and mobile date.&amp;nbsp; None of it works.&amp;nbsp; My husband's phone works and my laptop and TV's so the phone is the issue.&amp;nbsp; Nothing has changed on it.&amp;nbsp; I have checked the settings and they are good.&amp;nbsp; Android 16 was out in December.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mobile phone has been working ok.&amp;nbsp; Since yesterday it says I am connected to the internet with an excellent signal.&amp;nbsp; I have no emails and cannot use the search engine.&amp;nbsp; Only make calls.&amp;nbsp; I can only get 4G with this phone not 5G.&amp;nbsp; Is this phone now obsolete.&amp;nbsp; My husband has a Samsung phone and is with Sky and his phone is working fine.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Android 12 was released in October 2021, so any phone using it is now pretty old by the standard of such things.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's also quite possible that the handset hardware is older than the operating system&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the latter, you may simply have a local mast issue. The phone certainly won't have become obsolete overnight. A mate of mine is still using a Samsung S7 from 2016!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The phone certainly shouldnt have just stopped working. You can try talking to Motorola support although I doubt you'll get much joy there. Other options would be to factory reset the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a VPN.&amp;nbsp; I had to disconnect the VPN then reinstate it.&amp;nbsp; This cleared the problem and the phone is working again, but I have bought another phone.&amp;nbsp; I use my phone for so many things.&amp;nbsp; The verdict - I did need to update my phone, the connection and speed is so improved.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
