Teams like any other video app requires sufficent bsndwdth but as important is stability if you are far from the hub you could simply be affected by interference modt likely from your neighbours' networks. Rebooting the Sky hub may work as it should find the least congested wifi channel to use but the long term solution is to improve the connection.
