Since installation I've been unable to access various apps on my phone and websites on my laptop including banking sites, Trainline etc. If I turn off WiFi and use 4g I can access the apps and sites without problem. I have tried switching off the ne router and rebooting but have had no joy. Sky helpline were useless and say everything is working their end and when I run WiFi tests using the MySky app it says there are no problems!
