      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4298633"&gt;@Fran1726&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;with the recent bad weather there are inevitably loads of faults in the network. &amp;nbsp;Log into the My Sky app over a &amp;nbsp;mobile connection and run the service checker. That will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If it does sorry but you will have to be patient until its fixed. Otherwise call Sky to report the loss of service but given the engineers are very busy it coukd becsome days until your service is fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
