    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been having the intermittent WiFi connection although all the lights seems fine and the WiFi checker in the app shows no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please advise what can I do next? I would happily cancel the service as long as it doesn't cost me the cancellation charge as mentioned in the beginning of the contract. I was told no cancellation charge if the broadband speed is not up to what was promised on the service level agreement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
