No internet and "sign-in to network"

For weeks now, the WiFi has been dipping, and it's constantly asking me to sign-in to the network. The Sky Q isn't connecting at all. When I do manage to get into the network, there is no internet (I'm offline) - but the Sky app is telling me everything is "good". Could this be a router issue? We've also lost cellular service in the area, so I really need the WiFi to be reliable to work and to be able to make/receive calls!

I've been having the same problem for over a week and it's frustrating especially when all devices rely on a broadband connection even the tv.

I called Sky and apparently my router was old and unsupported and so they've sent me a new one. Check what version your router is and call Sky.
