<title>topic No internet for a month in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/No-internet-for-a-month/m-p/4871311#M455406</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;My internet went down on 3rd December 24, numerous phone calls to sky and openreach engineers out 4 times to say the issue was with sky and their technical team! I have had to keep calling to find out any updates myself on a regular basis no update from sky at all! Extremely disappointed at their customer services although they have compensated me £15 but then taken £30 on a DD for services they have not provided. Am I within my rights to cancel my contract? I just don't feel they are looking into resolving this at all!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
