For over a week now my broadban had been cutting off. I check online on my sky and it says everything is fine. This happens daily and not only does it affect browsing it also affects my sky puk which is wifi dependent. Does anyone else have this problem? Seriously annoying they take full payment but i get a shoddy service

@Icewolf83 it is quite a common issue with partial fibre connections during periods after bad weather. You can raise it with Sky but whether Openreach will do anything depends on the number of line drops and whather the automatic kit managing hhe line has reached the limit trying to stabilise the line. You will find this an issue thst affects all isps stull ising yhe copper network. Full fibre is much more reliable.

FTTP should be entirely stable, so there's a fault somewhere: improvement is unlikely unless this is proactively addressed.
