topic WiFi Max Pod Setup issues in Broadband

There seems to be a lot of people on here with WiFi max extender pod set-up issues which I also have. Skys only support by way of instruction is plug it in and if the light goes out it is working. The pods not connecting seems to be a common problem so why isn't someone from sky trying to help by issue support instructions on how to resolve this connection issue?

@James360 move the pod so it is close to the hub plug it in and wait for it connect and the light goes out. If it connects then relocate it roughly halfway to where you need the boost as it needs a good connection to the hub to operate.

If it wont connect shen close to the hub then call Sky as it may not have been added correctly to your account.

I have tried everything, getting a 2nd pod encase first defective, placing pods right beside router, connecting over Ethernet they just won't connect. Sky support seems to be clueless as to how to resolve this, they have tried suggesting I add them manually as a device through my sky app but couldn't talk me through how to do it. It seems that either sky has a defective product in the booster or inadequate training of staff as in how to deal with setup issues. Can someone from sky if reading this please help, this has been going on for 2 months.
