&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last 4 days our internet has crashed and restarted at least 10 times a day we are unable to watch anything on TV and cannot work from home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;its told it is credible but its absolutely ridiculous - we need a solution or we will take TalkTalk up on there offer to take over our contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
