      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there. I have had no internet connection for the last hour. I followed the instructions as shown on the TV and still nothing. I have run a diagnostic test and it says there is an outage in my area. Is anybody else having the same problem? I tried reconnecting with WPS and Password but no joy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;An area outage will typically be under investigation already by either the ISP or Openreach, but logging the issue with Sky individually creates a starting point for potential compensation if the problem lasts more than two days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
