However one other possible explanation is the server is blocking your IP address for some reason . You can normally force a change of IP address by powering down your hub for an hour&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Single app blocked by network</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've played a game app called Fishdom (by Playrix.com) for 4-5 years. In last month it suddenly will not connect to my Sky Broadband Network at home, yet it connects to 4g and to networks away from my house, and when I use a VPN at home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have checked every setting on Broadband Shield. I've deleted the game and reinstalled. And done the same with the router. Turned everything on and off &amp;nbsp;multiple times. The block remains. Applies whether trying to connect via iPhone or via iPad. All other apps connect easily and consistently. There must be a way the router is blocking this game but I am damned if I can find out how.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_3937.png" style="width: 2556px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/106761iB543394A4C5AC718/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_3937.png" alt="IMG_3937.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
