      <title>WiFi dropping out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have recently moved from plus net to sky. During our time with plus net we were receiving 150 with no issues we moved to sky due to receiving 500 however, our connection keeps dropping out. &amp;nbsp;We are now out with our 14 day period where sky review speed and connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;A list of issues occurred below with associated device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kicked out of teams call - 2 different lap tops&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;severe lag in gaming - playstaion&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;instagram video not loading - phone a&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;youtube video loading or not buffering - phone b&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FaceTime calls not buffering causing people to hang up - phone a &amp;amp; b&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Murray&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
