Been onto sky as some of our devices fo not work using the home wi-fi. Had a discussion with Sky I was sent a new Sky Hub. Plugged it in and used the new cables and set up all of our devices again. Unfortunately no different and still having problems. I am having to use my data and transfer some to my child which isn't good as that will run out soon. Please help as paying for a service which has stopped working in the last month.
