The steps to take are firstly to run the Connection Check in the My Sky app overca mobile connection to see if thst tells you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky somthry can getvthe line checked. However be warned after yesterdays storm and the holiday it could be some days before Openreach get round to your fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
