@willas00 your set up by default will have a double NAT which means as the Sky Hub does not have a bridge mode the Google Nest unit cannot see the public IP address it connects to a private IP address assigned by the Sky hub and then translates to its own internal IP addresses for devices connected to it ie Double Network Address Translation. Most apps are perfectly hapoy with that set up but a few cause issues Plex being one see this page https://support.plex.tv/articles/200931138-troubleshooting-remote-access/

As that points out one of the solutions is to set one of the routers to bridge mode which I think you can with your Nest unit see https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6240987?hl=en-GB&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid assuming your model supports that. Which is probably the best solution.

Thanks for the reply.

Sadly by setting the Google WiFi into Bridge mode it looses the mesh ability which I need as the standard WiFi is rubbish.

I've found a work around by turning DMZ on assigned to the nest that's connected to the Sky Hub and then port forwarding on my Google WiFi seems to allow plex to work fully.

I didn't actually think that'd work but it has for me!
